One popular drink is the Apple Cascade, blending Washington's renowned apples with craft-distilled vodka or gin, and often garnished with a crisp apple slice.

Another regional favorite is the Evergreen Spritz, featuring herbal notes from local Douglas fir-infused spirits, a touch of elderflower liqueur, and a splash of sparkling water, capturing the essence of the state's lush forests. A popular drink in our Spokane School.

The Puget Sound Paloma showcases the maritime influence, combining local craft tequila or mezcal with grapefruit juice, reflecting the coastal vibe of our Seattle location.

Bartending Laws and Regulations in Washington

It is essential to carry your MAST permit and valid ID during work, as random law enforcement inspections can occur. It's advisable to make a copy for your employer and keep the original at home in a secure place. Violation may lead to a criminal citation with penalties up to $500, and the MAST permit is non-renewable. To avoid working without a valid permit, consider taking a new course 45 days before the current permit expires, as there is no grace period for obtaining a new permit after expiration.
