Bartending Laws and Regulations in Arizona

Arizona Happy Hour Laws address prohibited practices aiming to prevent excessive alcohol consumption. The state doesn't differentiate between happy hours, drink specials, or promotions. Servers are restricted from offering complimentary drinks to patrons or serving more than 32 oz. of beer, 1 liter of wine, or 4 oz. of distilled spirits to an individual at a time. However, licensees have the discretion to provide complimentary drinks.

Learn The Most Popular Cocktails In Arizona

In Arizona, where our desert landscape influences local culture, our cocktail scene is a blend of refreshing and bold flavors.

The Saguaro Sunset is a popular choice in our school, featuring local prickly pear vodka, triple sec, and a splash of citrus, capturing the vibrant hues of the state's iconic cacti-studded sunsets. Another favorite is the Sonoran Paloma, incorporating Arizona-distilled tequila, grapefruit soda, and a touch of agave nectar, providing a crisp and citrusy Southwestern twist.

The Desert Blossom Mule is a reflection of this, combining Arizona vodka with ginger beer, hibiscus syrup, and a squeeze of lime, offering a taste of the state's unique flora.

Garnishes like a slice of prickly pear or a sprig of desert sage enhance the visual appeal, and the use of glassware like the iconic cactus-shaped glass adds a playful touch. Our school has location's in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Flagstaff and Tucson, with a job placement program all over the state.
